How to make a QR code with a logo (that still scans, free)

A logo in the middle is fine — unless it's too big or the contrast is low. Rule: logo under 20% of the area, error correction "H".

Upload the logo
Transparent PNG is ideal. The tool clears space around it and raises error correction.

Colour and shape
Dark modules, light background. If your brand colour is light (yellow), use it on the frame, not the modules.

Test and download
Scan on screen with two phones, then download 300 DPI PNG/PDF.

•Minimum 2 cm in print; the distance/10 rule: readable from 1 m → at least 10 cm.
•Gradients: both colours should be dark.

At most 20% of the QR area. The tool sets this automatically; don't enlarge it manually.
